Cannot view invoices

Issue

You’re unable to access or download your invoices.

Fix

  • Only Super Admins or Billing Admins can view invoices under Billing → Invoices.

  • Make sure you’re logged into the correct organization workspace.

  • Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in.

If invoices still don’t load, contact support at support1@meltplan.com and include your billing email.
