Cannot invite other team members

Issue

You’re trying to invite teammates to your organization but can’t send invites

Fix

• Check your role permissions — only Super Admin or User Admin can invite or remove users

• If you’ve the authority but still can’t invite, confirm your organization plan allows more seats

• Go to Team Management → Add & Manage Users to resend or view pending invites.
