You can manage your organization’s payment options for Melt Code subscriptions and invoices directly from your Billing settings.

Melt Code currently supports two payment methods:

  1. Credit or Debit Cards

  2. Apple Pay

This article provides a quick guide to help you add, update, and manage your payment options – ensuring your billing stays seamless and under control.

Quick Note
Only Super Admins and Billing Admins can view and update payment methods.

Accessing Payment Methods

There’s just one simple step to access all your billing and payment settings:

On your Melt Code app page, go to:

  • Settings (Left Side Navigation Panel) → Billing (Second Navigation Panel)

  • Once you’re on the Billing page, click “Manage Invoices & Payments.” This will open a new tab where you can:

    • Add or update a credit/debit card

    • Set up Apple Pay

    • View, organize, or remove your existing payment methods

Credit or Debit Cards

Add or update credit and debit cards to pay for Melt Code subscriptions and invoices.

When you add a card, it’s saved securely and can be set as your default payment method.

Troubleshooting Tips

  1. Card declined: Verify number, expiration, CVV, and billing address.

  2. Browser issues: Try clearing cache or switching to another browser.

Apple Pay

You can also pay using Apple Pay for quick, secure transactions. Just ensure Apple Pay is set up on your device before linking it to Melt Code.

Managing Multiple Methods

Keep all your payment options organized in one place.

You can:

  • View and edit your current payment methods

  • Choose a default payment method

  • Remove outdated or inactive options

The default payment method will automatically be used for all future invoices and subscriptions unless manually changed.
