Your invoice shows unexpected decimal values (e.g., 2.33 licenses or partial-day charges).

Explanation

Fractional amounts usually occur when:

  • A license was added or removed mid-cycle, resulting in prorated billing.

  • You upgraded your plan partway through the billing period.

Fix

You don’t need to take any action — your next invoice will automatically normalize to full-cycle charges.
