Issue

Your payment didn’t go through or was declined during checkout or renewal.

Possible Causes:

  • Incorrect card information (wrong number, expired card, incorrect CVC)

  • Insufficient funds Lost or stolen card

  • Transaction not allowed for that card type

  • Before reaching the card network

    • Authentication failures (You likely didn't complete 3D Secure authentication)

    • High-risk payment blocks by Stripe Radar (mismatched CVC/postal code).

Fix

  • Verify that your card details (number, expiry, CVV) are correct.

  • Ensure your card hasn't expired

  • Ensure your card or account has sufficient balance.

  • Some banks block new vendor payments — try approving the charge or calling your bank.

  • Try another payment method (e.g., a different card or Apple Pay).
