This section guides Admins through adding billing information, understanding how you’re billed, troubleshooting payment issues, and managing your subscription so your team can stay productive without interruptions.

Quick Note
Only Super Admins and Billing Admins can view and update billing details.

How You’re Billed

Upfront Payments: MeltPlan bills at the start of each billing interval.

When you add a new plan or upgrade mid-cycle, MeltPlan applies proration to account for any unused portion of your current plan.

Add Billing Information

Follow these steps to add and manage your payment details:

Upgrading from Free Trial

When choose to upgrade to a premium plan for the first time, you’ll be prompted to add payment method and billing information.

Step 1: Click ‘Add Payment Method’ on the Upgrade plan page

Step 2: Add billing information for your preferred payment method. Read more about that here.

Step 3: Once added and your payment is complete, you’ll see the following success message.

Next, continue to invite team members so they can get started right away.

Setting Up After Talking to Sales

You've finalized subscription terms with MeltPlan experts.

Step 1: Click ‘Go to MeltPlan’ in the email you receive once MeltPlan experts trigger it

Step 2: Sign up as prompted and enter basic information about yourself. This helps us create an experience tailored to your needs

Step 3: Click on ‘Add Billing Details’. A new tab will open up for you to add billing information.

Step 4: Add billing information for your preferred payment method. Read more about that here.

Step 5: Once added and your payment is complete, you’ll see the following success message.

Next, continue to invite team members so they can get started right away.

Access Billing Information Anytime

On your Melt Code app page, go to:

  1. Settings (Left Side Navigation Panel) → Billing (Second Navigation Panel)

  2. Here, you can see all the details regarding your current plan - Billing Frequency, Next Invoice Data, Last Invoice Amount etc.

  3. If you wish to manage Payment Methods, click “Manage Invoices & Payments.” This will open a new tab where you can:

    1. Add or update a credit/debit card

    2. Set up Apple Pay

    3. View, organize, or remove your existing payment methods
